Seller and scope
These general terms of sale govern purchases made on the website k9-v.com (https://k9-v.com/). The seller is K9V. S.r.l., with registered office at Via Giambattista Vico, 31, 00196 Roma (RM), Italy, VAT number 18070351004.
For information, orders, complaints and to exercise the right of withdrawal you can contact the seller at office@k9-v.com.
These terms apply to sales to consumers, i.e. natural persons buying for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft or professional activity they may carry out. The applicable terms are those published on the website at the time of the order: we recommend that you print or save them.
Products, prices and conclusion of the contract
The essential characteristics of the products are described on their pages. Images are for illustration only and may differ slightly from the product in colours and details.
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs and any other costs are shown before the order is confirmed, in the cart summary.
To buy, follow the steps shown on the website: choice of products, entry of delivery and billing details, choice of payment method and confirmation with the button that implies an obligation to pay. Before confirming you can check the summary and correct any errors. The contract is concluded when the seller receives the order; you will receive a confirmation email with the summary, which we invite you to keep. The contract is concluded in the language used to place the order (Italian or English).
If a product is no longer available after the order, the seller will inform you without delay and refund any amounts already paid.

Online payments are handled by specialised payment service providers over secure connections: the seller neither knows nor stores the full payment card details. The invoice or tax receipt is issued in accordance with the law.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given in the order, in Italy and in the other countries shown during checkout. Delivery times are shown on the product page or during checkout and, unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.
The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you physically receive them. On delivery we recommend that you check that the packaging is intact and report any damage to the courier and to the seller.
If delivery does not take place within the time indicated, you can ask the seller to deliver within an appropriate additional period; if this period is not respected either, you can terminate the contract and obtain a refund of the amount paid (Art. 61 of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the products; where several products are delivered separately, from the day on which you receive the last one (Art. 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code).
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send the seller, before the deadline, a clear statement of your decision, for example by email to the contact details given above. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory.
You must return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the products are borne by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The seller will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day on which it receives your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed and at no cost to you. The refund may be withheld until the seller has received the products back or proof that they have been sent.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, including products made to measure or personalised, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Art. 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The defect must be reported to the seller within two months of its discovery.
In the event of a defect you can ask, at your choice, for the product to be repaired or replaced free of charge, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or disproportionately costly; in the cases provided by law you can ask for a price reduction or terminate the contract. Any rights under a commercial guarantee offered by the manufacturer remain unaffected.
Complaints and disputes
You can send complaints to the contact details given in these terms: the seller will reply as soon as possible. For disputes you can also use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures provided by Art. 141 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code.
The contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the more favourable mandatory rules of the consumer’s country of residence that cannot be derogated from by contract. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.

The data provided with the order is processed to manage the purchase and to comply with legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy published on the website.
